Exchange Acting Master

Welcome to apply for an exchange semester within Erasmus+ in Acting!

Courses offered

SKH offers you to follow the curriculum of the Master's Programme in Acting (year 1, semester 2). Find more information about the structure and content of the programme here.

By following the links, you can read the syllabuses for the courses included in the spring semester of 2027:

  • Methods in Artistic Research II, 7,5 ECTS
  • Independent Project I, 7.5 ECTS
  • The Actor, Concept, Composition and Dramaturgy, 15 ECTS

Main language of instruction: English

Application

The application period is 15 September to 15 October 2026.

  1. Ask your Erasmus+ coordinator at your home university to nominate you for exchange studies at SKH by sending an email to exchanges@uniarts.se.
  2. You submit your application via the online application system Varbi. Please note that we only accept applications via Varbi and that we will not consider any applications from students sent by e-mail or regular post.

The following documents needs to be uploaded with your application (in English):

  • Registration certificate from your home university
  • Transcript of records of your programme courses at your home university completed so far
  • A certificate of Degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent higher education qualification
  • Language certificate showing your level in English
  • Letter of motivation (instruction below)
  • Work sample (instruction below)

Describe why you are applying for exchange studies in Acting at SKH and what your expectations are. (max 1 A4 page)

Work sample

  • Upload or link to a 2-3 minute film clip sharing your performing practice. It can be a whole scene from one show/film, or many moments edited together.
