Professional development day for dance, film, media and theatre pedagogues

A day for anyone working with dance, film and media, or theatre in educational settings. Explore new perspectives, meet colleagues and be inspired by artistic and educational practices. The day is organised by the Dance pedagogy, Acting, and Film and media subject areas at SKH.

Welcome to SKH for a day of talks, workshops and practical exercises. You will have the opportunity to explore different dance styles, try improvisation and mime, and discover how dance can be used in teaching and learning.

There will also be opportunities to explore research, gain practical tools for your teaching and exchange experiences with other educators.

Choose from a range of sessions based on your interests and what you would like to take back to your own teaching practice.
