Annie Nygård Stark

I lead organisational change with a focus on creating the best possible conditions for an inspiring and well-functioning teaching and research environment, and act as a hub between support and core activities. My role is a coordinating one, and my remit includes building consensus, managing differing interests and highlighting needs, proposing principles and solutions, and also ensuring that these work in practice.

Part of my role involves coordinating the organisation’s needs and helping to develop new working methods and procedures so that premises and resources are used to their full potential and work effectively in practice, particularly in relation to the new building in the Slakthus area.
